You really do not understand what is going on here, the CSE have been proven idiots time and time again by credible and notably intelligent scientists and majors in the field of molecular biology, paleontology, archeology, etc, etc, etc…
Their reason for flagging has nothing to due with them protecting their own so called “property” it has everything to do with censorship of showing that these creationists have about as much credibility as a painter would have in the field of music creation

As for false flagging. An appeal to the court of public sympathy will bring nothing but the devil. Those who are abusing the current system will no doubt continue to do so until the system changes. Furthermore, any measure of security devised by man can be circumvented by another man. One suggestion I have, is to lobby YouTube, and demand that anyone who wants to flag, must have had an account for at least six months, and their account name will be posted beside the flag they post.

They do because they have A LOT of motivation to.
They are DESPERATE for someone to tell them their crackpot beliefs are true DESPITE all evidence to the contrary.
They will grasp at this -or any other- snake-oil salesman for it.
In fact, they will accept in their midst ANYone who makes the right noises – i.e. say:
- they are born again
- they believe the Bible is literally true
- evolution is false
