Edward Lehman talks about the 2nd amendment to Chinese Patent Law-Edward Lehman, managing partner of the firm Lehman, Lee & Xu, was invited as a panelist on CCTV International’s Dialogue along with Hao Xiaofeng, Doctor of Laws, of Peking University to discuss about the motivation behind the 2nd amendment to China’s Patent Law and its potential impact on investors’ intellectual property strategies in China. The show was hosted by Zhao Bin.
