March 2, 2010 (1:55) Facebook now owns the US patent on its News Feed, which has tech experts wondering if it will edge competitors like Twitter, myspace, and linkedin out of the market.

It is an interesting development, that is for sure. Even if it is overhyped at the moment, it will be interesting to see where Facebook goes with this. But I’ll tell you what, Facebook really seems to know what it’s doing lately…will this be any different?
